Conveyancing Expert is a continuation of the highly successful Home Solicitors and instead of being regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA), it is now regulated by the Council for Licensed Conveyancers. This move was undertaken for two reasons:

• 1) the professional indemnity insurance under the SRA regime was prohibitively expensive (despite having had no claims raised against it) and
• 2) we are a firm of conveyancers and as we only ever offer expert conveyancing advice to our clients, it seemed wholly appropriate to be regulated by a professional body that specialised in this area.

Despite the move, our Solicitors remain Solicitors and are now registered on the roll of solicitors and as licenced conveyancers.

We continue to offer the same great value and same excellent service to our clients and as we are only focussing on a couple of legal areas, you can be sure that you will be dealing with a conveyancing expert every time you work with us.
