Before proceeding with Conveyancing Expert I had shopped around for quotes. Most were in the region of £850 locally and although there were some online companies competitive on price with yourselves I wasn't comfortable with their attitude. They could be quite pushy.
Usually you get what you pay for but in this case it isn't true. I don't believe the expensive local Solicitors could have offered a better service. You were also true to your word on the fees. In the past I have frequently seen charges for such things as sundry phone calls, photocopies and postage.
In summary I would gladly use your company again and recommend others to do the same.

I would like to let you know that the service which I received from Kath Chadwick at Conveyancing Expert was really great.
At the beginning of the process of buying the above property I had a few hic-ups, the seller changed solicitors and my first solicitor with Conveyancing Expert — Lisa Cheung, left. Once the file was passed to Kath it all went very smoothly. I really appreciated that I was even able to visit my daughter in America, who was having a baby, and the completion went ahead whilst I was away and my daughter, Zoe, was able to collect the keys from the seller. On my return, we owned the house and this was all due to the help we received from Kath.
During the process, she always answered my emails and phone calls very promptly and was able to put my mind at rest as I had never bought a house before.
I have now been able to go online with the Land Registry and have a copy of our title.
